Both. I coach first-timers who've never touched a barbell and lifters prepping for national meets. Your programme is built around you.

What's the difference between online and in-person?

In-person is hands-on coaching at PureGym Burgess Hill. Online is a bespoke programme with video form checks and 24/7 contact. Hybrid combines the two.

Am I locked into one service?

No. You can start with one mode and switch as your goals or schedule change.

How much does it cost?

Online £120/month, Hybrid £140/month, In-person £60/hour with discounted blocks. Full breakdown is in the pricing section above.

Do you sell pre-made programmes, or do I have to be a client?

Yes — I sell pre-made programmes for powerlifting, strength training, bodybuilding and conditioning, so you don't have to be a coaching client. Prefer something built around you? Claim a free in-person session and we'll tailor it.
